The rooms must be left by noon on the day of departure. . If you want to stay a few hours longer before leaving, you can leave your bags in the luggage room.
We only ask for your credit card at the time of booking for the pre-authorization, which acts as a deposit, without deducting credit.
The pre-authorization is not a debit but a temporary block of a specific amount as a deposit and does not generate any bank transaction. It is used to verify that the credit card provided is active.
If you have not chosen a prepaid rate, payment takes place in the structure and can be made by credit card, debit card or cash. The cancellation terms are those indicated in your reservation and change according to the choice you have made.

The formula we have devised for your holiday in Diano Marina is a half board with an edge: in fact, with the “eat no stop” concept, you will have the convenience of half board for breakfast and dinner and the possibility of consuming lunch in our bistro until 06.00 pm!
Yes, the hotel has both private outdoor parking areas and an underground garage by reservation and for a small fee. The place for our guests’ cars is always guaranteed. We also have parking for motorbikes, available for a small fee.
We provide you with 3 outdoor charging stations and over 10 in the garage! Recharging takes place in AC (alternating current) through type 2 connectors, up to 11kW, based on current network availability.
Yes, if you need it, we can organize a shuttle transfer for you to and from the station or airport, at a special price.

Yes, access to the swimming pool is guaranteed for our guests.
‘Yes, in addition to the Jacuzzi area and cervical waterfall designed for adults, the pool has an area with water only 0.80 cm high, ideal for children!
The swimming pool is not heated but has full sun exposure, and the Jacuzzi on the fifth floor is heated and reaches a temperature of approximately 32 degrees.
You can access the Spa by booking, paying a small supplement or choosing a package from the offers in our store. By booking directly from the site, you will have a preferential and discounted rate.
The Spa is open during Monday to Friday from 10.00 am to 01.00 pm and from 03.00 pm to 07.30 pm (Tuesday morning it’s closed), and during Saturday and Sunday from 10.00 am to 08.00 pm.
Since it is also open to external guests, our Spa is in great demand: we advise you to book your treatment a few days in advance, or you can do it when booking!
Children cannot access the Spa. However, they can enjoy the beauty treatments dedicated to them while their parents relax in the Spa area.
Beach service is included only for some rooms but can always be booked. If you choose a room that does not include beach service, we advise you to reserve your place at the time of booking so as not to be disappointed!

Our “eat no stop” formula allows you to eat whenever you feel peckish. In the morning, you can enjoy a panoramic breakfast in the room on the fifth floor until 10.00 am; at lunchtime, you can let yourself be won over by the offerings of the poolside bistro until 6.30 pm, and in the evening, you can delight yourself with the offerings of our chef at Ristorante Torino.
If you arrive early and the room is not ready, or if you want to enjoy the last few hours of your holiday before leaving, leave your bags with us: they will be protected and safe in the luggage room.
Yes, we have a series of city bikes available for our guests to explore the surrounding areas. Furthermore, if you travel with your bike, we offer you a small workshop, and if you want to rent an e-bike, we have a partner shop nearby!
Upon request, we can take care of your clothes and return them clean and fresh in a short time.
